Do not use this company. The positive reviews are definitely fakes. When you try to call them their numbers either show as 'invalid' or you are on hold for 30 minutes and then get sent to voicemail. Nobody calls you back. Nobody replies to emails. They send out an ATOL certificate but now I have checked ATOL and they are not registered with them, the certificate is not valid. We paid a lot of money for flights to Florida and have now spoken to Aer Lingus and been told we have no flights booked. Dreamworld made an initial reservation but didn't complete it and our reservation was cancelled. We have paid for flights that we are not booked on. We are pursuing this through our credit card company. It is always advised to book travel with a credit card because this gives protection and we are sadly learning that this is true. We will be looking at other legal avenues to protect others from the fraud that we have been victims of.
