Fraudulent really. I broke my ankle and tried everything I could to either get a refund or a flight change.
I was PROMISED by customer service my case was being dealt with. They would either phone or send an email within a 2 day period. I never received any contact from them whatsoever, That's why they are fraudulent. I hope that in the future these dishonest lies are brought to attention with professional bodies. This company can't continue to operate in this manner and should be shut down.
