worst call handling system I had to deal with. There is no way of getting through to them. At this point I am not even sure they are a real company. Yesterday I was at least, even if fake assigned a position in the queue but was always kicked out of the cal when I got close at positon 5, 7 and best at 3 but today they even switched the queue off.
