If I could give it zero. I would. It’s a scam company! They take your money but don’t book your flights! 10 days before we are due to fly, they emailed us to say we didn’t have a seat on our return flight, the one we booked with them and paid for MONTHS before. We tried calling and sitting on hold for hours. When we finally spoke to someone they hung up on us when we asked for a manager! We still have no idea why when we booked and paid for something they didn’t book and pay for our flights. Awful company, it’s not worth the stress book direct with the airline, this company is a scam!
