I booked a flight end of March 2020, from Venice to Cayman costing 760.00€. The flight has been cancelled for COVID. Invoice TMS 84166 ref 2BHWN. I am still waiting for the refund which has been accepted in June 2020. In March this year, they sent me an email saying they giving me a voucher instead,I sent them the itinerary and dates , no reply. Sent a letter directly to the director, asking for the refund, no reply. I had to book the flight with another company because it is impossible to get in touch with them.very bad experience, but I will not stop here. I
