Expected transit and acceptable fit, but terrible quality and non-existent customer service. My order of 2 tops and 1 dress took about three weeks to arrive, which was within my expectations. However, upon reviewing my order confirmation email, I realized that I had accidentally ordered 1 of the tops in 3XL. I immediately attempted to reach out to Customer Service via email to correct the issue before the order shipped; placing an international call was not an option. Silence. Roughly 10 days later, I get an email indicating that my order has shipped. Customer Service never got back to me. Another 4 days after that, I get an obvious form email from Customer Service that does not even come close to addressing my issue. They seem to think that I want to know when my order will ship, and incorrectly indicated that my order was being prepared for shipment (it had already shipped). I probably then wasted my time by demanding a refund for the top that got ordered in the wrong size, since they completely ignored me rather than correct my order, which shbeen easily doable- either exchange with the correct size, or, if out-of-stock, refund or at least credit for that item. I still haven't received a reply, 1 week later. Lo and behold, the items arrive, wrong-sized top, and all. The fit is surprisingly good. For context, I'm 5'7", and most often where a size medium, depending on the brand.
