“SCAM..BUYER BEWARE!!! Read fine print carefully..not the fake reviews. So many companies on Facebook are from China & even if they have Return Policy it will cost YOU more to ship than cost of item. The shipping on invoice is $15 but NOT if I ship. Company response is..pay to have it altered (cost/time double) sell it at FLEA MARKET & we will refund $13 on a $150.00 dress. That tells a lot about the quality of the dresses.... I have learned a good lesson... Also..they make you go thru PayPal so your dispute is with PayPal NOT your Credit Card company. I would never have bought if I known (read fine print) it was coming from China. If you watch ads that come across Facebook they are the same pictures/models for many different companies. Facebook definitely does not care that these are NOT reputable companies I quess a source of income for Facebook.”

“So I purchased something from DressLily a few weeks back and wanted to relay my story of their scam maneuver so people are informed. They have a 30-day money back policy. I ordered a dress that came in a completely different measurement than was on their site and didn't fit. When I contacted them about the sizing issue, they offered me 2 choices. An exchange in which they would send a correct size, or a refund. I chose the exchange. They then contacted me to say they were out of stock even though their store was "in stock." They offered me a refund but of only a fraction of the price. I paid almost $60 and they said they'd refund $13. I declined and escalated to Pay Pal. They asked me to remove my claim from Pay Pal or they would not resolve it with me. I said i would remove it after a resolution. They refused to chat in the Pay Pal dispute chat. I didn't trust them because once you take down a dispute in Pay Pal it's permanently closed and cannot be reopened. At this point they told Pay Pal they would offer me a $5 refund. Less than what they first offered. Of course I declined. They lied to Pay Pal saying I got exactly what I ordered and Pay Pal didn't even contact me to ask questions even though I gave ample proof. Do NOT deal with this seller. They have cute stuff, yes, but they are terrible as a vendor. “I ordered a dress and it wouldn't come in time so I asked for a refund. Got in contact with no one, so Ultimately I didn't get the dress nor did I get a refund. Don't shop here. It's not worth it.”

“You sent my package to an OLD address. I VERY CLEARLY put the correct shipping address in where it said to now I don't have my package and you claim there is nothing you can do about it. It was YOUR Employees ERROR. I WILL NEVER shop with your company and will make sure EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT IT AND I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB.”

“Don’t buy anything from rosedresslily, they take your money then when the product is to small they won’t give you your money back. They just send a new item next size larger and when that doesn’t they say well we tried but you can’t return items and no refund. So your left with 2 items that are useless to you but you should be happy at least we tried! What a bunch of bull.”

“I guess that I should read reviews before ordering from these sketchy companies. I ordered a dress that was really pretty on the site. When I received the dress there was no lining like the one on the site. I’ve sent emails, posted on their Facebook and IG, but no response. Lesson learned.”

“They said they were our of stock on items then said they sent them 2 weeks later. Back and forth with costumer service. Package never showed up. They said I put the incorrect address and I know I did not. They are such a scam vibe. DO NOT purchase from them!!”

“They sent my 2 outfits with fraudulent shipping. They never showed up. 2 months of going back and forth. Paypal got involved. In the end i only got a credit with paypal. Horrible experience! Do not order from Dresslily unless you want your money taken. Not a reputable company at all.”

“I'm giving them a 3 for immediate customer service response. After ordering a dress for my daughter's prom. As she requested believing she had looked into the reviews or heard of someone ordering from there. I found she had not. When I placed the order I was alarmed buy it only having a PayPal option 1 and 2 after placing the order it just took me to PayPal. I could not see any of the companies information. Since, it was for an important event and the receipt was in Chinese. I immediately panicked. I then read reviews below and decided it was not worth the risk for this particular occasion. I went to my receipt and was easily able to cancel. Daisy from customer service with in the hour quickly responded. Asking why I wanted to cancel. I told her my concerns, of reading bad reviews of timing, no refund the sizing and possibly receiving something totally different and seeing the same dress on q few sites. My question was did they actually make the dress like it claims on the site or do they just order and size as needed. Since, I went with custom fit. While, I didn't receive any answers to my questions. She did respond with a picture of a young woman and her father tying the back of the dress we had wanted to order saying it it was a customer review & asked when the event was. I told her he date expressed my hesitation again and shortly after I was issued my refund. Thank you Daisy for canceling my order. I would like to possibly give them a fair try for something a little less important first. With that being said I did order this and cancel it in the same day. I truly hope that if anyone does order from here they receive what they have hoped for in time. My main concern was reviews and it seem to lack some key information. I would suggest if you do that its ordered in advance like a few months to be safe. Also make sure you find out the exact return policy. It states returns of unworn clothes returned within 3 days will be refunded on the site. Doesn't say 100% refund so that maybe something else to find out. Nothing about custom orders which I'm assuming would be final sale. Best of luck.”

“They don't issue refunds! If your dress does not fit they will ignore all requests for a full refund and give you a partial refund. For example i paid $30 for a dress, and they only refunded me $10 and they completely ignore me after that. Never buy from them!!! Another problem I had with them, they canceled my order out of nowhere which resulted in losing any discount codes I used and they refuse to honor the discount I used for the Original purchase. I swear they do it on purpose. If the discount is too big then they will cancel your order so you can lose your discount. Scam scam scam!”

“This company is 100% garbage. I tried to order some clothing items for my wife for Christmas paid the fast shipping option, just to get a bogus call center calling to ask for a power bill, water bill, or phone bill too complete my order. Stay away from this company. It is a nightmare trying to get your money back and cancel a order. You have been warned.”

“Ordered 2 items for my wife over 3 weeks ago. The BS tracking number which you have to download another app no major delivery company requires this so the extra step is stupid. I downloaded the app and the tracking number they provided pulls up nothing. Can contact the company via phone. It took over a week to even get the fake tracking number. Starting to think I just need to dispute the charges and start over. I will not be using this company again.”

“They make amazing quality dresses, Absolutely NOT a scam, I have bout about 27 dresses from them in the past year and I have absolutely LOVED them all, just use their size charts and know your EXACT measurements and you will not have a problem. Like for me, I'm a 32,26,32 (bust, waist,hips) and for some dresses it was a S and some it was a M. No big deal at all,just USE THE DARN SIZE CHART PEOPLE!”

“They sent me 18 items of which 17 were garbage. Really low quality and weird sizes. Then I wanted a refund. They said that I should send them the packages and they would refund me the delivery cost afterwards. So I trusted them. Then they refunded me only a part of what they should have. They literally stole money from me for no reason! I absolutely advice against buying here!”
