I guess that I should read reviews before ordering from these sketchy companies. I ordered a dress that was really pretty on the site. When I received the dress there was no lining like the one on the site. I’ve sent emails, posted on their Facebook and IG, but no response. Lesson learned.

They said they were our of stock on items then said they sent them 2 weeks later. Back and forth with costumer service. Package never showed up. They said I put the incorrect address and I know I did not. They are such a scam vibe. DO NOT purchase from them!!

They sent my 2 outfits with fraudulent shipping. They never showed up. 2 months of going back and forth. Paypal got involved. In the end i only got a credit with paypal. Horrible experience! Do not order from Dresslily unless you want your money taken. Not a reputable company at all.

They don't issue refunds! If your dress does not fit they will ignore all requests for a full refund and give you a partial refund. For example i paid $30 for a dress, and they only refunded me $10 and they completely ignore me after that. Never buy from them!!! Another problem I had with them, they canceled my order out of nowhere which resulted in losing any discount codes I used and they refuse to honor the discount I used for the Original purchase. I swear they do it on purpose. If the discount is too big then they will cancel your order so you can lose your discount. Scam scam scam!

This company is 100% garbage. I tried to order some clothing items for my wife for Christmas paid the fast shipping option, just to get a bogus call center calling to ask for a power bill, water bill, or phone bill too complete my order. Stay away from this company. It is a nightmare trying to get your money back and cancel a order. You have been warned.

Ordered 2 items for my wife over 3 weeks ago. The BS tracking number which you have to download another app no major delivery company requires this so the extra step is stupid. I downloaded the app and the tracking number they provided pulls up nothing. Can contact the company via phone. It took over a week to even get the fake tracking number. Starting to think I just need to dispute the charges and start over. I will not be using this company again.

I need an outfit to wear to Renaissance fest. Ordered from this website not knowing it was coming from China. Arrived too late plus outfit is very cheap and flimsy. They say you can return if you haven’t worn but that isn’t true. They said they would issue me a refund and now have ghosted me. You were warned!

They only put 5 star reviews on their website. I wrote reviews that never showed up on their site. The products are made of cheap flimsy material and you can't return it.

They sent me 18 items of which 17 were garbage. Really low quality and weird sizes. Then I wanted a refund. They said that I should send them the packages and they would refund me the delivery cost afterwards. So I trusted them. Then they refunded me only a part of what they should have. They literally stole money from me for no reason! I absolutely advice against buying here!

SCAM COMPANY! Promised to refund my postage but kept my money instead. The clothes are cheaply made in China. Horrible products sold from the website deceiving customers by showing beautiful images. Items are not as described, arrived ripped and looked used. They've blocked me from live chat because I've asked for my refund after returning the tissue like material clothing to their warehouse in Spain. The website has a satisfactory button which doesn't work or bring up anything. I wonder why the satisfactory button doesn't work! I still want my postage refund as promised. Hope Jessica Chan and the rest of the incompetent managers reads this message, Not sure why this company has a marketing social media team responding back to bad reviews. This company sucks and you all know that. It pays the bills though I suppose. I bet none of the people working for such ridiculous company would take the clothings if it was for free, that's how pathetic this company is as well as their products.

Ordered a dress from dresslily and this was December 9, 2020. It’s January 3rd, 2021 and yet haven’t received my package. Its just chilling in an entirely different state since December 18th conveniently. No updates on tracking or whats going on since December 22. This company refused a refund, and said tracking is updated every 3-7 business days. Obviously a lie since it’s been way more than 7 business days since the last update. They don’t want to give you your money back. can you say SCAM!!

I payed 10 euro extra for the fast delivery. the order still arrived 3-4 weeks late when i could pick it up anymore. I did not receive the order nor a refund. This one of the worst online shops i ve used. 0 professionality and no reliability. They don t take responsability neither for the late delivery nor for the abscence of the package. both a refund and a replacement were denied.

I ordered several months ago and never received my order. I entered the correct address and they said I entered the wrong address now I don't know where my package is and dresslily won't give me back my money. Don't buy anything from this place. They a rip off.

Expected transit and acceptable fit, but terrible quality and non-existent customer service. My order of 2 tops and 1 dress took about three weeks to arrive, which was within my expectations. However, upon reviewing my order confirmation email, I realized that I had accidentally ordered 1 of the tops in 3XL. I immediately attempted to reach out to Customer Service via email to correct the issue before the order shipped; placing an international call was not an option. Silence. Roughly 10 days later, I get an email indicating that my order has shipped. Customer Service never got back to me. Another 4 days after that, I get an obvious form email from Customer Service that does not even come close to addressing my issue. They seem to think that I want to know when my order will ship, and incorrectly indicated that my order was being prepared for shipment (it had already shipped). I probably then wasted my time by demanding a refund for the top that got ordered in the wrong size, since they completely ignored me rather than correct my order, which shbeen easily doable- either exchange with the correct size, or, if out-of-stock, refund or at least credit for that item. I still haven't received a reply, 1 week later. Lo and behold, the items arrive, wrong-sized top, and all. The fit is surprisingly good. For context, I'm 5'7", and most often where a size medium, depending on the brand.

I have ordered several items recently. Shorts, pants, tshirts. ALL were too small! I ordered in extra large first. A Chinese or child extra large? I then ordered some 2x tees, still too small for even a large. I wear a 16 in misses . The pants and shorts and tees are not even hemmed! I will never order again.🙁

Ordered 5 items in November 2019, non arrived in the timescales provided (one even arriving as late as January). They are terrible at communication and I found out one item was not in stock. They kept telling me it would come but in February I had enough of their promises it would be in stock and their broken promises to contact me and got a refund. When I did receive the items some were not very good quality either.

Item arrived faulty, sewn completely wonky and unwearable. They hide their returns policy and the fact they're based in Spain until you message to request a refund. They then tried to make out it just didn't fit rather than me sending photos of the fact it's wonky. offered a partial refund or return but won't cover postage despite the fact the item they sent is faulty and unwearable. The material is lycra like and super cheap and nasty. Typical sweatshop style item and ridiculous returns procedure. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM.

Beware!! This company is not honest. I ordered items early this month for a birthday. Money immediately taken from my account (only after bank alert did I find out they are not a USA company). Items did not arrive for birthday and I attempted to cancel but unable to. Most recent email bold faced lie "it shipped on August 15" but here is clip of email received on August 19, 2020 "your order status. Your order just been processed for clearance. This procedure might take a little bit of time due to the local policy. Your Order Number L2008131647127851 Your Tracking Number 9305520224100018084347" I have requested refund and cancellation of order (I even requested RMA in case order really shipped) but the company has not done either. Stay away!!
