They have some great styles and their pricing is really low, which is why I decided to give them a try. It took about 3 weeks to get my items, which is annoying but not the end of the world. Their quality was actually really good for the prices I paid, which was a pleasant surprise. But the real kicker here is that they don't do exchanges or returns for stuff that doesn't fit. You have to get a pre-approval for any exchanges, and they will only okay them if there is something defective with the products. So basically you take a chance with buying online. No guarantees and no returns. I got 4 bathing suits, 1 of which I likes, 1 of which was "meh", and 2 of which didn't fit at all. My total price was about $100. So, I figures, I paid $100 for 2 bathing suits. It's not necessarily a scam, but not the kind of service we're used to with almost all other companies. I won't be taking a chance with them again.

I liked the items I got from this site. Many of their items are very cute and I am very fond of them, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Two of my items did not fit and trying to send them back was awful. You have to pay for your own return shipping, no shipping lable is provided. MULTIPLE times I would send messages to them and their reply only loosely related, only answered the first portion of, or even almost entirely missed what I wrote. I felt like they weren't actually reading my replies for the majority of this time, and more than once I had to send the same question or comment multiple times since it was not addressed the first time. It did take me longer than it should have to send my return since I did not have a printer to print off the paper they provide that they require you put inside the package, which is not their fault. After my return did arrive I did not hear from them for two weeks until I contacted them to ask what what going on to be told my items, which I was hoping to exchange for different sizes, were now out of stock. The shipping to receive the items also was EXTREMELY long, though I'm sure my experience was in part effected by Covid.

I received the order within the time they promised; however, one bathing suit didn't fit. The process to return is inconvenient and takes forever. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, it's all email with very little response. I was given NO INFORMATION on how or where to return and promised a refund to my account within 24 hrs. Obviously the refund hasn't happened... probably because they won't give me any details on how to return the stupid suit. I will not order from them again.

I had ordered three dresses. I have contacted them probably six times. I have asked for a refund and repeated my question over and over. I am getting the runaround and they send me emails that text me back to dress Lily but very little information. It has taken a very very very long time. I have received two of the three dresses. Oh my God please don't shop from them!

Poor communication - placed an order in December and still haven't received (March). When I got in touch was given a Facebook bot and the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Dresslily fails to admit they're located wayyyy in Asia somewhere where shipping will take about 2 weeks or MORE! Then you ask for a refund or to cancel the order and they will suddenly ship, but still your order takes weeks! The sizes are a size smaller and the items (when they finally arrive even though you've paid for priority shipping) look like the site, especially if you're in good shape like the models, but the company lies too much about a few things to be trusted.
