Ordered mine 4/16/20 It's 5/1/20 and still nothing at all received not to mention NO SHIPPING UPDATE. The last thing it ever told me was the label was created and from there nothing else anymore.

They sent me 18 items of which 17 were garbage. Really low quality and weird sizes. Then I wanted a refund. They said that I should send them the packages and they would refund me the delivery cost afterwards. So I trusted them. Then they refunded me only a part of what they should have. They literally stole money from me for no reason! I absolutely advice against buying here!

SCAM COMPANY! Promised to refund my postage but kept my money instead. The clothes are cheaply made in China. Horrible products sold from the website deceiving customers by showing beautiful images. Items are not as described, arrived ripped and looked used. They've blocked me from live chat because I've asked for my refund after returning the tissue like material clothing to their warehouse in Spain. The website has a satisfactory button which doesn't work or bring up anything. I wonder why the satisfactory button doesn't work! I still want my postage refund as promised. Hope Jessica Chan and the rest of the incompetent managers reads this message, Not sure why this company has a marketing social media team responding back to bad reviews. This company sucks and you all know that. It pays the bills though I suppose. I bet none of the people working for such ridiculous company would take the clothings if it was for free, that's how pathetic this company is as well as their products.

I placed an order on April 22. Over a month later and no package. They’ve given me 2 different tracking number which will not even track my package!

TERRIBLE - WRONG DRESS- NO MONEY RETURN - NO RETURN ADDRESS PROVIDED 33 EMAILS LATER - BEST OPTION OFFERED 10% of £200 DRESS. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE AVOID THIS LILY GOWN/DRESS LILY/VED DRESS or ANY OTHER NAME IT WILL CHANGE TO! Hi guys. I have ordered a wonderful wedding dress, with big hopes for it. I received it approximately a month over the promised date, which wouldn't be so bad as I understand postal transfer issues etc. Unfortunately the dress does not fit it as it should, even though I purposely ordered it a size bigger in order to ensure that if required it can be fitted in and avoid any chance of returning it. However upon trying on the dress, i could barely get into it and cannot zip it up at all (appropriately 10 cm gap). I assure you that I have not gained weight or provided the measurements wrong, as had them checked number of times by myself and a friend. Furthermore I even lost 2 kg of my initial weight since ordering the dress. Thus, wrote a nice email to Lily gown asking to return due to size issues, and to be honest have had number of emails of nothing but trouble since, being accused of providing the wrong measurements. Please note, all I want is just to return the dress and have no intent of messing around with the supplier as that has never been my intent. I genuinely dont believe i will be able to return the dress or will receive any refund as Lilly has done nothing but been very unhelpful and accusing in her emails to me. I am now stuck with a dress that is too small for me. I normally never write a bad review however I do not think I am treated fair. I would never ever recommend Lilly Gown to anybody planning of buying a dress from them, think twice before ordering! Poor service, unhelpful staff and unpleasant treatment of customers! Furthermore this has put me off of ever ordering any dress online. Lilly, hope this review really makes you rethink of how you treat your customers and the service you provide. I will get another dress, and even if I lose the money it won't impact my big day too much on the big scale, however as a business owner you must take responsibility of your actions and if this is how you treat your customers normally, you should perhaps reconsider of how you deliver.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY These people are absolute thieves. Dishonest and unprofessional. They were intentionally dishonest about their shipping times, and after the truth was revealed, they apologized, and offered nothing except a refund within 14 business days. There are no legitimate businesses on Earth who need 14 days to refund to a debit card. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SCAM 'ARTISTS'

FRAUD ALERT! Don't buy from them! What a nightmareI They should NOT be in business. I ordered a $20 shirt that was supposed to be size Large, since I'm a big guy. When it came in the mail, it was extremely Small. The label on it said Large, but it was Not. I contacted their customer service by email because there is no phone #, and they said I could get some type of "bonus points," or that I could return the shirt for a "Refund." I told them I wanted a refund, and I paid the shipping and sent the shirt back in December 2018. After not hearing from them for 3 months or seeing any refund, I contacted their customer service by email again. They told me that they never received the shirt! By chance, I happened to save the Receipt with the Tracking number, and I checked and it showed that they did indeed receive the item back at their Rancho Cucamonga, California warehouse and was signed by one of their "agents." I forwarded the receipt and the Tracking number to them. Now they stated that they did have it! But now they said that they would NOT give me a refund. They said that they would only give me a partial refund of $8 for the $20 shirt because they said that they had paid shipping for it. This was NOT true! I paid for the shipping both times and the last four digits of my credit card # was clearly on the receipt with the tracking number. I was now furious. I repeatedly told them that I wanted a full refund for the $20 shirt, and they plainly refused. What a Scam. As of this date, March 29th, 2019, I still have not received a full refund for the $20 shirt. They sent me $8 by PayPal. I posted this review on here, and it was somehow deleted by Dresslily with a message stating that I was not a true customer and that I was probably lying. So I am posting it again, and this time I will be posting it on numerous other websites online, so other people know their fraudulent business tactics.

I'm giving them a 3 for immediate customer service response. After ordering a dress for my daughter's prom. As she requested believing she had looked into the reviews or heard of someone ordering from there. I found she had not. When I placed the order I was alarmed buy it only having a PayPal option 1 and 2 after placing the order it just took me to PayPal. I could not see any of the companies information. Since, it was for an important event and the receipt was in Chinese. I immediately panicked. I then read reviews below and decided it was not worth the risk for this particular occasion. I went to my receipt and was easily able to cancel. Daisy from customer service with in the hour quickly responded. Asking why I wanted to cancel. I told her my concerns, of reading bad reviews of timing, no refund the sizing and possibly receiving something totally different and seeing the same dress on q few sites. My question was did they actually make the dress like it claims on the site or do they just order and size as needed. Since, I went with custom fit. While, I didn't receive any answers to my questions. She did respond with a picture of a young woman and her father tying the back of the dress we had wanted to order saying it it was a customer review & asked when the event was. I told her he date expressed my hesitation again and shortly after I was issued my refund. Thank you Daisy for canceling my order. I would like to possibly give them a fair try for something a little less important first. With that being said I did order this and cancel it in the same day. I truly hope that if anyone does order from here they receive what they have hoped for in time. My main concern was reviews and it seem to lack some key information. I would suggest if you do that its ordered in advance like a few months to be safe. Also make sure you find out the exact return policy. It states returns of unworn clothes returned within 3 days will be refunded on the site. Doesn't say 100% refund so that maybe something else to find out. Nothing about custom orders which I'm assuming would be final sale. Best of luck.

They don't issue refunds! If your dress does not fit they will ignore all requests for a full refund and give you a partial refund. For example i paid $30 for a dress, and they only refunded me $10 and they completely ignore me after that. Never buy from them!!! Another problem I had with them, they canceled my order out of nowhere which resulted in losing any discount codes I used and they refuse to honor the discount I used for the Original purchase. I swear they do it on purpose. If the discount is too big then they will cancel your order so you can lose your discount. Scam scam scam!

They only put 5 star reviews on their website. I wrote reviews that never showed up on their site. The products are made of cheap flimsy material and you can't return it.

I received my dress yesterday, It is the same as it describes. I got a L size, and it fits perfectly and the material is so soft. I love it. Happy!

They make amazing quality dresses, Absolutely NOT a scam, I have bout about 27 dresses from them in the past year and I have absolutely LOVED them all, just use their size charts and know your EXACT measurements and you will not have a problem. Like for me, I'm a 32,26,32 (bust, waist,hips) and for some dresses it was a S and some it was a M. No big deal at all,just USE THE DARN SIZE CHART PEOPLE!

Ordered at the end of March. Gave some extra time for delivery, pandemic and all. I'm STILL in conversations with them about getting a refund. I have two separate tickets open with them. I've been told multiple times that they've contacted the courier. I was told that "Your delivery deadline will expire on 08.07.2020 We will offer you a final review for your case once we reach this date. ". It's now 21st July and they haven't provided any update. I've been told to 'get proof that the post office never received it' (which, after speaking with the Post Office, is nonsense because that's not something that they do). They best they've offered is a 10 USD refund on a 70 USD order. My advice? Don't bother ordering from them in the first place. This is far too much hassle for what is apparently sub-standard clothing.

This is the worst online company to buy from. I ordered a bathing suit in March for my summer vacation in July and I STILL have not received my item. DressLily's customer service is a joke. You can't talk to a real human, no one knows whats going on. Their message system is hard to read. I DO NOT recommend buying ANYTHING from Dresslily. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. If you want them to take your money and never get your item, this site it for you!!!! I made a HUGE mistake when I ordered from them and I will NEVER do it again even if they were the last place on earth. DRESSLILY IS A HORRIBLE TERRIBLE ONLINE STORE.

I ordered my product early Feb. I didn't received me product it late May. There is no calling customer services, only emailing them. When I asked if I can just have a refund, I was told that since my product was stuck in sorting in China, I couldn't get a refund. Too bad, so sad.... I will never order from this company again and they have to taught me a valuable lesson. Not to order from companies that are based out of china.

Do not buy with this company! I paid nearly £100 for tankinis and I then get told by DHL I have to pay £28 in customs/tax otherwise my order gets destroyed, when I asked why this wasn’t made explicit when ordering I was told it’s in the terms and conditions, surely this should be transparent as it would be with posting and packaging costs! What a rip off! Will not be returning!

I placed an order on April 12th and the tracking still says creating label. I have reached out twice and their response was that the shipment will be here May 3rd. Well, its May 24th and it is not here.

It has been over a month since i ordered a swim suit for a beach trip, and it still hasnt even been sent to fedex to be shipped yet. Its still processing. That is absolutely ridiculous. Ive read other reviews now of people waiting months for their items or never recieving them at all. I wish i would have read the reviews first.

Ordered a month ago. Tracking hasn’t changed like others mentioned. All it says was a label was created. When I punch the tracking number into USPS it says that it’s waiting the package from the company meaning they haven’t shipped it out. Kept contacting them and I’ll get the same reply, where I noticed the message didn’t address anything I was asking and all of the replies were similar but different wording. That told me they were automatic replies or copy paste replies. Each e-mail told me to contact my local postal office first. If you haven’t shipped the package then what is contacting my local postal office going to do? Then they addressed external factors such as the weather. So the weather is pushing back my package for a month? Anyways USPS usually updates the tracking information when significant things are delaying a package. That wasn’t the case. Best part was when they started giving me fake updated tracking information about the parcel being cleared and at the airport when the tracking information with USPS still says they haven’t received it... hm. When I called them out on that, that’s when they started acting like now it’s lost in mail and that I have to wait 2 to 3 months for it to resurface to do something about. That an “investigation” was opened. How are you going to investigate a package that was never shipped, beats me. Guess they think their customers were born yesterday. Now that I found these reviews which I wish I have before I ordered, the BS from them is getting even worse. If they are short handed or something is going on with them during the pandemic with their company they need to be honest with their customers. Not take their money and never intend to give them the product. Going to end up being sued for fraudulent sales. There is customer protection laws.
