Mi experiencia para con esta web está resultando ser nefasta. El día 13 de Enero de 2020, efectué un pedido de 4 artículos de los cuales, 2 de ellos eran: un bikini de mujer y otro de niña; ambos a conjunto, con objeto de regalárselo a mi cuñada y sobrina, para que fuesen a juego, como madre e hija, a la playa, llevando el mismo diseño, pero en diferente talla. El día 20 de Enero de 2020, llega mi pedido y, cuál es mi sorpresa cuando, al abrir el paquete del bikini de mujer, descubro que la parte de arriba es la talla S (que, efectivamente, era la que había encargado), en tanto que la de abajo es la XL, con lo cual, me es imposible regalárselo a mi cuñada porque ella lleva la talla pequeña y tampoco podría aprovecharlo ninguna otra persona más gordita como mi madre, puesto que las tallas están mezcladas y hay un salto de 4 tallas entre el top y la braguita. Para colmo, el de niña, que sí que me lo incluyen en la talla solicitada, se me queda "cojo", porque la gracia era regalar el set completo madre e hija, no sólo el de la niña, por lo que decido esperar a que me reenvíen el de adulta en la talla correcta. Para reenviármelo de nuevo, me chantajean y me dicen que, por supuesto lo harán, pero que antes escriba un post completo en mi blog, que me haga eco de ellos a través de todas mis RRSS y que, para colmo, suba reviews de los otros 3 items a su web con la máxima puntuación posible y hablando maravillas de estos. Yo, como es lógico, para no perder el bikini, claudico y hago todo lo que me piden... Saco fotos de calidad de los productos, etc. dedico tiempo a redactar todo bien en español e inglés... Después de hacer todo correctamente y esperar 10 días, el 1 de Febrero me confirman que me lo van a enviar, pero "casualmente" ese día se van de vacaciones. Sigo esperando, esperando... les escribo a medidados de febrero sin obtener respuesta alguna.... Y, no es hasta el 10 de Marzo hasta que no me contestan, alegano que me lo acaban e enviar, excusándose en que se han retrasado por culpa del corona virus. Nuevamente, me exigen que les haga más publicidad y yo les explico que, hasta que no lo reciba, no compartiré más opiniones favorables hacia su web. Supuestamente, desde el 11 de Marzo, ese paquete está extraviado... Les escribo a mediados de Abril a ver si saben algo y nada... Llamo mil veces a Correos y tampoco. No es hasta el 12 de Mayo (casi dos meses después) cuando me ofrecen reenviármelo una 3ª vez, pero resulta que esta oferta no es real porque el bikini está agotado y ya no se fabrica con lo que no lo van a volver a tener en stock y además, tampoco devuelven el dinero. Conclusión: después de 4 meses de espera por él, a día de hoy, no tengo nada, ni previsión de conseguir otro. He perdido, no sólo 1 bikini, sino 2, porque el de niña sin el de su madre, no tiene sentido y además, después de tantos meses, esperando por el de la madre para regalar los dos juntos como lote, la niña a crecido y tampoco le vale el suyo. He perdido 16.11 $ + 11.80 $ = 27.91 $ a lo tonto. NUNCA MÁS

Ordered an item. They said it was shipped through FedEx FedEx never received it through them. Now no one knows what's going on with my order and they will not refund it.

Apparently scammed again by yet another crappy company. $100 gone of my hard earned money. I am angry that people steal from us I will never shop online again.

Wish had read these. Got swim wrap okay. Gift for friend. $20.00 included shipping. Month later got a bill from Fedx for $17.00. They said contact dresslily. Did. Now getting letters from collection company. The same wrap was being offered by USA company for $5.00 more. They have better reviews. Stupid to buy from these people.

Recieved a lovely wrap for about $5.00 less than other US company on net selling. Thought great, hope this works out. THEN got a bill from FEDX for another $17.00. Sent it to dresslily as Fedx requested. Now getting collection letter. So bought a bathing suit wrap for $13.00 plus $7.00 shipping. .have an additional SURPRISE, never agreed to pay 17.00 more. Suggest deal with US or Canadian companies.

I had ordered three dresses. I have contacted them probably six times. I have asked for a refund and repeated my question over and over. I am getting the runaround and they send me emails that text me back to dress Lily but very little information. It has taken a very very very long time. I have received two of the three dresses. Oh my God please don't shop from them!

I ordered 3 swimsuits on 4/9/2020 and have yet to receive my items. Company replied to my complaint and said delivery by May 1.

Ordered mine 4/16/20 It's 5/1/20 and still nothing at all received not to mention NO SHIPPING UPDATE. The last thing it ever told me was the label was created and from there nothing else anymore.

So over a month ago I ordered three swimsuits from DressLily and they told me they would be here in 7-14 business days I still have not received anything from this company and I have tried to contact them multiple times and ZERO answer the fact that a company could act this way and seriously steal from people is sickening I wish I had read reviews before buying and loosing 59 dollars please do not use this company it is a scam and from now on Im looking at reviews before I waist my time on sorry companies who have no honesty (yes I know the Corona Virus is happening right now but they didn't even have the dignity to say “oh we are sorry but your package will be delayed because of the corona virus and I would have understood then)

Placed my order over a month ago. Didn’t hesitate to take my money right away. I have message 3 times and every time the send me tracking info that hasn’t even shipped yet, says label created. I’m convinced dresslily is ran by con artist

Husband tried to order something i showed him i liked. It kept declining his card and the next day we got a phone call saying there was fraud going on with his bank card.

Refund. Never got my product, but they didn’t care. Was told 3 times by the same lady different refund prices they were going to do. I said why can’t I get the full refund. They said it was their shipping company’s fault not mine. 28 emails back and fourth and no refund. Then did a dispute and they responded there saying no refund at all. I even copied the text and they still said nope. So yeah I lost $59 with them

I ordered 4/14/2020 and received an email with tracking number an the verbiage “your item has been shipped”. As if 4/21/2020 the items have not moved even though it shows as shipped when viewing the tracking number. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Don’t do it!!!!!!!!!!

They take forever to deliver. Their products are grossly misrepresented. The item looks nothing like what was pictured. Their return policy is a joke. Do not buy from this horrible company. Also. They ship from China.....

I ordered 3 items a month before Christmas only got 2 of the items, those items were not as advertised cheap and smaller than advertised. The 3rd item never came and after multiple emails, for 2 months they gave me credit not a refund. I continue to fight to get my money back.
