I ordered 3 items on January 22nd a few days later I got an email that my order was ready to ship. It is now Feb 24 and I am no closer to getting my order than I was on Jan.22! During this time I have written several "tickets" and have had responses like "Due to Chinese New Year shipping has been delayed" the last one I got said that the delay is now due to the "Spring Harvest Festival." The "live Chat" button doesn't work and I can't find a Phone # to call. This company is HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not waste your time or your money there!

It’s a long story but I have been trying to get a shipment from them for two months. FED EX lost the package. I requested dress lily either send a new package or refund my money. They have responded that since I had not paid for extra Shipping insurance, they could not give me a full refund. They want to refund only half. Or give me half credit on their sight, Plus “five points per dollar refunded” what ever that means. NOW they do not have the product I ordered. I pointed out that FED EX insures packages for up to 100.00 for no additional fee may purchase was less than 50.00 and since they can get the full value of the package they shipped refunded by FED EX they owned me a full refund. They also delayed sending the package even though I had paid for expedited shipping. So even if fed ex had not lost it I still would not have received it by the original promised date. I am Completely disappointed. I ordered from them a couple years ago without any issues and was happy with the product. Something has really gone wrong in the mean time. I will not be back.

after 2 1/2 months and 5 emails, i had to threaten legal action to get my refund for an item that i never received. I magically got my money back 24 hours later. the funny part is that i just got an email from them. they are offering to PAY ME $10 per review that i write for them (after they approve of it of course) THIS COMPANY PAYS FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS

Ordered a shirt and 3 to 5 day shipping. After 10days of not receiving my shirt, they said it was still in warehouse and a lady named Amber hung up on me. Then had to text someone online who said they canceled it and after 16days I still didnt have refund. Called just to find out they lied about canceling it so had to cancel it a 2nd time. Now waiting on refund. Crappiest customer service and company I have ever dealt with. I dont recommend this company to anyone

Costomer service is a joke they have an automated reply that sent the same response to me for 3 months. On month four they said sorry no refunds and you have to try and get your package from the post office. Even though I tracked it and when it was sent back to them they rejected it..... So they could say it was still lost . And not their problem.

Ordered a shawl-type item for my wife for valentines day. Paid the highest amount for shipping possible to ensure it would be here on time (8-11 days) 3 days later, I receive a message indicating my item is 'ready to order' and that it would ship within 3 MORE business days. I messaged them, frustrated because that is NOT priority shipping imo. I received a message back claiming that the 'Chinese new year' would affect shipping times, and they apologized. I'm like.. "chinese new year..??!" i check their website and theres nothing indicating that they ship from China. (my fault for not putting 2 and 2 together with the absurd shipping time to begin with) I requested a refund and was told it would take up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS to return my payment to my credit card (Absolute lie and huge red flag) When you expect something to delay your shipments, you inform the customer of that AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT.. NOT AFTER THE CUSTOMER IS EXPECTING YOU TO UPHOLD YOUR PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENT!!! Do not respond to this trying to save face, apologizing and asking me to verify my order because you know damn right well who I am and that I'm speaking the truth. If you were really sorry, you would've made proper adjustments to your website the first 50 times someone complained about your complacent ways of 'doing business'. Had I realized you pay companies to put babies to slave-work, I would have never supported you and your scummy business to begin with. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE THIEVES. 14 business days is JUST enough to make some ignorant rich people forget that they ever got swindled. SCAM 'ARTISTS'

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY These people are absolute thieves. Dishonest and unprofessional. They were intentionally dishonest about their shipping times, and after the truth was revealed, they apologized, and offered nothing except a refund within 14 business days. There are no legitimate businesses on Earth who need 14 days to refund to a debit card. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SCAM 'ARTISTS'

Ordered on the 21st of January. Ordered with flat rate shipping which is 2 weeks. Two weeks later, and multiple complaints, the order is still processing. Got in touch with live support who said it will not be shipped until 11th February BUT I contacted support on the 30th Jan who said: "We have checked the stock availability and We are pleased to inform you that the items you ordered are in stock and are now ready for shipping." So they lied on the support ticket, and it will 100% not arrive within the two weeks it said as it's not being shipped for another week.

Item was too small, even though measurements were taken according to the provided sizing chart. Item was returned, confirmation of the return was received, but no refund. Attempts to contact Dresslily about the issue have been met with no definitive results.

Took forever to process order. I contacted them and was informed my order would be shipped. Further time went by and was notified they didnt have my items. Now Im waiting several days so they can process my refund.

Over a week now item not yet shipped , ordered fast shipping because wanted to receive item fast . I contacted Dresslily support automatic response saying please be patient will notify when order ships out with tracking information. Now when I placed the order was in stock .Never the less very long processing Wich will delay arrival of item even further . Unsatisfied I think they should post when item will ship out upon accepting payment .

The items I ordered were terrible in quality & size. Worse than that, the were imported from Dubai generating another £50 import bill on top of the £60 I'd paid. The site hides this presenting the items costing £ so they are in breach of the consumer right act. The are a scam site & they are a con. Furthermore, I'd paid for expedited delivery & did not receive that. Terrible customer service follow up too. Truly THE WORST company I've ever dealt with DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

If I could give Dresslilly a ZERO that would still be too high!!! I purchased a gift for Christmas and had to return it. (Cost me $16.00 to return the item.) It took me three weeks to get a RMA from them to return and after I did return it, they have not contacted me. I have contacted them 5 times to find out about a credit on my card but crickets! I DO NOT RECOMMEND DRESSLILLY TO ANYONE!!!!! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - ACTUALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
