I ordered 3 items on January 22nd a few days later I got an email that my order was ready to ship. It is now Feb 24 and I am no closer to getting my order than I was on Jan.22! During this time I have written several "tickets" and have had responses like "Due to Chinese New Year shipping has been delayed" the last one I got said that the delay is now due to the "Spring Harvest Festival." The "live Chat" button doesn't work and I can't find a Phone # to call. This company is HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not waste your time or your money there!
