Total garbage company. Bought a jacket, they sent the jacket, and the jacket didn't fit. I wanted to exchange for a larger size.
Fast forward to me paying for materials and postage (over $20) to send the item back to DressLily. I wait until USPS confirms it was delivered and I message DressLily asking them to send my larger jacket.
NOPE. They don't have any XL jackets to send. I lost money simply interacting with this company.
Trash company, do not buy anything from them.
