I just want to do my exchanges and return. But the website keeps making "tickets" and more tickets. They say someone will help you in 24hrs but it's been 48hrs. I feel like I'm getting the run around. This should be as easy as putting items in a box shipping back to store and the store ship back the correct items that I purchased. I'm CONTACTING the Better BUSINESS Bureau! I have a feeling I'm not going to get my money or the correct items.
