Placed an order and paid for express shipping. Was given a delivery date that was not met. The shipment did not deliver at all yet when i explained this to their customer care team they made me jump through hoops stating they delivered this "in good faith" and that it was my fault that i did not receive the package. When i requested a refund they continued to push that this was delivered then only offered 1/2 of what i paid! This was the worst customer care ive ever dealt with.
