Very disappointed in all they do: delivery time, product quality, customer service, returning process, I had to pay return shipment costs which is more than one third of the jacket I purchased and I just hope they will refund me on time.
They shipped the product to me from ON Canada and they made me return it to them to their USA warehouse (so they say), not fair.
