We actually received our products, so it seems we are ahead of most people! I want to return one for a refund (it was accidentally ordered twice) and has not even been opened or touched. No one will respond to us, even after submitting two online "tickets" and calling only to get someone who could not speak English. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!! Maybe we should count our losses and just give up. I would NOT recommend ordering from them!!
