Ordered 5 items in November 2019, non arrived in the timescales provided (one even arriving as late as January). They are terrible at communication and I found out one item was not in stock. They kept telling me it would come but in February I had enough of their promises it would be in stock and their broken promises to contact me and got a refund. When I did receive the items some were not very good quality either.
