AVOID DriveSmart Warranty's CANCELLATION REFUND NIGHTMARE
I'm writing to warn others about the horrific experience I've had with DriveSmart Warranty's cancellation and refund process. After only 5 months, I cancelled my policy. Yet, getting the balance refunded has been an uphill battle to return to Line 5 .
I've had to call them multiple times, and the last 5 calls have been a carbon copy: "Your case will be escalated to a manager and handled promptly." Yet, NOTHING CHANGES. It's clear they have NO INTEREST in resolving this in a timely manner.
As a consumer, it's INFURIATING to be strung along with empty promises. DriveSmart Warranty's LACK OF TRANSPARENCY and CUSTOMER CARE is DEEPLY TROUBLING. I URGE OTHERS to carefully consider these issues before choosing them for your car warranty needs.
Their business practices demonstrate a CLEAR DISREGARD for their customers' time and money. It's only a matter of time before someone reaches their BREAKING POINT with this company.
