I’m extremely disappointed in DriveSmart’s handling of my refund request. I submitted the request in January and was told by an agent in May and I quote " I do not have an estimated date yet but normally once I see a finalized calculation, it is not much longer. I was told that my refund—$XXXX.XX—had been calculated and was awaiting a mail-out date. May 16th was the last time I heard from them. I have written them 2x's since then with no response. Today is 7/14/25 and not to much longer hasn't gotten here yet. I still have no refund. This is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve made multiple attempts to escalate this issue, only to be told there’s no phone number, no access to a supervisor, and no other avenue for resolution except an email address—which no one is currently replying to. That’s not just inconvenient; it’s a glaring failure in customer service
