I ordered the GPD Win Max 2 from Droix.net and the device arrived with no physical damage or anything. I had some shipping concerns, but the customer service rep took care of my needs with extreme promptness and professionalism. Acutally, when I ordered the WM2 I didn't realize that there was a 2025 version soon coming out. So I wrote to Droix.net letting them know I would like to exchange the product I bought for the new version. The same person who helped with my prior concerns stuck with me throughout the whole journey and really made me feel like I was a valued customer. I will definitely shop with Droix.net again.
