“I purchased a GPD WIN MAX 2 (2025) from Droix that unfortunately arrived with some Quality Control issues — a display line and control sticks that didn’t have full range of motion. While the product itself didn’t work out for me, the customer support experience was outstanding. The team was consistently friendly, professional, and responsive. They quickly replied to my emails, sent replacement parts, and arranged for the unit to be sent in for repairs. In the end, I chose to return the product for a partial refund, which they accommodated with only minimal hassle and a helpful attitude throughout the process. Even though my device had problems, the way Droix handled everything showed they truly value their customers. That kind of service is worth recognizing.”

“Device is top of the line. A multi-media gaming laptop that does everything top tier. Web browsing, social media, Microsoft Word, spreadsheet, movie streaming and gaming. The chip and os is incredibly fast with no lag. Most triple A game titles from last gen can be played on high to ultra settings and with a EGPU, that plugs in conveniently, you can play current gen triple A titles on high settings. Only downside is that these device are on the pricier side. Granted, you could get a more powerful desktop or even gaming laptop for the price of a combined Winmax 2 and Egpu, absolutely. Yet, what you're really paying for here is the ability to carry a desktop around the size of a Bible.”

“Im very thrilled with my purchase and the fact that you provide a warranty service incase the worst were to happen whether it be during shipping or down the line of needing proper support with these types of devices. The pure build quality alone of the Ayaneo 3 reassures my albiet a bit pricey splurge. This also being the comfiest pc handheld I've yet to have purchased, as well as the customizability and the first oled screen to boot, I couldn't be more pleased. (:”

“Thanks for the unique device that's even better than I expected. After becoming a father five years ago, the Win Max 2 finally allows me to enjoy gaming again without having to start up a big PC or console, which took too long. If I'm interrupted, I can simply close the lid. My wife doesn't even realize this little laptop has hidden gamepads—this way she won't envy me, and we avoid arguments. Half of the time, I use it for office work, and surprisingly, the display size and keyboard are sufficient even for fast, ten-finger typing. Its weight is excellent; now a regular laptop seems unnecessarily heavy and monstrous to me. I'd appreciate a larger touchpad or quieter cooling during gaming, but I’ve accepted that might not be physically possible. The quick charging with the included charger is practical, but it also works well with a tiny 65W charger weighing only 80g. I love the USB-C ports, which allow me to connect the XR Viture Pro glasses for an external XR display, and even use their adapter to charge the handheld and output audio-video simultaneously through one port. The only complicated things were customs clearance and the need to manually install missing graphics and gamepad drivers on the PC—but otherwise, it's fantastic!”

“I have ordered Win Max 2 with the cheapest delivery option(free) and it arrived 10 days later. It was held up by customs for 1 extra day and it was on Friday so I got it on Monday. I was a bit scared for a second because customs asked for payment proof and I had only my bank statement and the proof was with VAT included so I thought customs would ask me for additional payment but it didn't happen! The device works perfectly. Scan didn't return any malware. It had a really nice packaging. So far I am really happy with it. Overall I recommend Droix. Chat support is hard to catch online but they do answer emails”
