Im very thrilled with my purchase and the fact that you provide a warranty service incase the worst were to happen whether it be during shipping or down the line of needing proper support with these types of devices. The pure build quality alone of the Ayaneo 3 reassures my albiet a bit pricey splurge. This also being the comfiest pc handheld I've yet to have purchased, as well as the customizability and the first oled screen to boot, I couldn't be more pleased. (:
