Speaking of the service, I had to pay 1/4 th of the order price to get my product. So I returned it. Now I need to pay the shipping costs. Will not recommend this when you live in Scandinavia

I still have not gotten my item yet. I am still waiting for a response from your support team to try and resolve that issue. the fact that 2 weeks have passed and you are now reaching out for a review is maddening as I still have not gotten what I purchased. My issue has been compounded by the fact that I purchased an item that was apparently on backorder since July and is still not in stock, then when I finally got that changed to a different item it met a myriad of other issues that I am still trying to resolve. It's annoying as this was a bit of a time-sensitive order as well so waiting 2 weeks for something that I paid to have expedited over 2 to 3 days is past a point of annoyance.
