“Thanks for the unique device that's even better than I expected. After becoming a father five years ago, the Win Max 2 finally allows me to enjoy gaming again without having to start up a big PC or console, which took too long. If I'm interrupted, I can simply close the lid. My wife doesn't even realize this little laptop has hidden gamepads—this way she won't envy me, and we avoid arguments. Half of the time, I use it for office work, and surprisingly, the display size and keyboard are sufficient even for fast, ten-finger typing. Its weight is excellent; now a regular laptop seems unnecessarily heavy and monstrous to me. I'd appreciate a larger touchpad or quieter cooling during gaming, but I’ve accepted that might not be physically possible. The quick charging with the included charger is practical, but it also works well with a tiny 65W charger weighing only 80g. I love the USB-C ports, which allow me to connect the XR Viture Pro glasses for an external XR display, and even use their adapter to charge the handheld and output audio-video simultaneously through one port. The only complicated things were customs clearance and the need to manually install missing graphics and gamepad drivers on the PC—but otherwise, it's fantastic!”

“Zdravím. Z obchodu dom mal najprv zmiešané pocity, hlavne keď dodávka trvala dlhšie ako bol predpokladaný termín, ale za to nedávam vinu obchodu. Musím ale veľmi pochváliť zákaznícku podporu, teda Vikrama, ktorý bol veľmi ústretový a na všetko odpovedal, za čo mu veľmi ďakujem. Tovar prišiel v poriadku a o deň skôr, čo ma len potešilo. Ďakujem.”

“Had refunded one produkt, no problem at all. Super fast shipping, no wrong parts and prebuild. Caution package was very cold, had to wait a few houres to get no short circuit. Only thing i didn't know/forgot was the Tax (17% London->Germany), that hit me when it arrived...”

“I'm from Germany and the product I wanted to buy (GPD Pocket 3) was available on DroiX for the cheapest price (even including import tax). The order handling was really fast and transparent. There was a note that the import tax isn't included and has to be paid in the destination country. I selected DHL Express and got the package two days later. The tax was automatically handled by DHL (you have to select that option in the mail they send you) and so I got the tax invoice about 5 days later. One thing that would be nice, would be an approximately end price for the country you selected. As an example for Germany, the normal price in Euro plus 19% tax. But the note that you have to pay it extra is fine too. I gave only 4/5 stars, as the item itself arrived working fine, but the box of the product was sadly damaged as it was only packaged in one layer of bubble wrap that had the shipping labe on the outside. A shipment inside a cardboard box with some packing material would be way nicer and I would have expected that for a purchase of about 900€.”

“I got the Miyoo Mini + during black friday for a good price. The shipping to Germany has taken 1 week with Fedex, which is quite some time, but not related to the vendor at all. My only gripe is that the device came with a scratch right below the start button, which is unfortunate for a new product, and since the scratch is black on a white shell, it is visible all the time :( The device is working flawlessly and I'm having a lot of fun with it.”
