This is my first time ordering from Nature's Lab. I made a mistake on my order and called customer service and sent a quick email as well. Someone got back to me within minutes and corrected my order. I have used Nature's Lad Vitamin C with Quercetin purchased from another company. I am very happy with that product so, I went on to order more products directly from the company. If the vitamins are anything like the customer service, I will continue to use them for all my vitamins.
