I’ve been a vitamin/supplement person for 40+ years. I learned of Nature’s Lab (NL) through research. I like that they aren’t tied to the non-trustworthy and hypocritical pharma industry. Moreover, if all of NL’s claims are legitimate they appear to be superior against any others I’ve researched! Efficacy, purity, safe! The staff is always friendly. The only issue is slow shipping, out of stock items, and product knowledge. I get current times are a challenge for everyone. However, NL call center are not subject experts. Cannot give ETA or alternatives when items are out of stock and so forth. I have 7 immediate family members, parents, in-laws, countless friends all purchasing your products. Not boosting - simply showing my belief/trust in your product. I plan ahead and still out of stock items catch up to all of us. Last - simply a professional courtesy - great feature on your website to “notify me when available” does not worth. Great idea, but doesn’t work. I’ve mentioned a number of times - but no response or actions to fix so I have to keep visiting your site (or Amazon) store until the product is restored. Right now I’m out (shouldn’t stop) and awaiting Nature's Lab CoQ10 + Alpha Lipoic Acid + Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl 120 count. SUMMARIZING - again - if all NL claims in writing, interviews and so forth are honest and accurate - huge kudos and I’ll keep promoting you products. Hoping you’ll find these comments helpful to increase the customer experience - and get me my much needed Nature's Lab CoQ10 + Alpha Lipoic Acid + Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl 😬
