The customer service was very effective in helping to schedule the shipment of replacement essential oils when I had written to them to inform that two bottles were broken in the shipping process. Overall, the variety of the essential oils offered by Dr. Vita's amazing. I am especially fond of organic lavender and lemon essential oils.
