Honest, prompt, and go above and beyond. I ordered some products that were to have a free essential oil included with the oil The products came, but the free essential oil did not. I wrote an email stating that I did not want them to send me the free item, but just wanted to let them know that the free item was not included in the order-- that they might want to check with their warehouse (for future customer orders). I got an immediate personal response from the head of the department saying that it was an outside company that shipped the order, so he would let them know--and he apologized for the mishap. And within a day or two I received TWO free essential oils. That was very generous; demonstrates their honesty and integrity. I like the company because outside labs test their products for level of active ingredients (vitamin/mineral).
