The customer service was outstanding. I am very particular about customer service, as I run an organization in the human services industry. The response that I received to my question was thorough, detailed, had interesting insights that I did not know about (I did not know that capsules were categorized and had standard sizes) and my follow up question was answered equally well. Great job. I bought the product and am very happy with it.
