Excellent customer service. I emailed a question about a wrong quantity on an order confirmation only to subsequently be reminded that I had actually placed two orders for the same product (back-to-back) to take advantage of the holiday discount and the confirmation quantity was for the first order and was correct. I emailed Customer Service immediately acknowledging my mistake. In response, I received an email from Dave Buitenhek thanking me for my orders and refunding $4.00 for shipping on one of the orders since I had ordered so many bottles (10). I have interacted with Dave before and all I can say is it's no wonder that customers love Dr. Vita.
