I order regularly from D S Music. When my order was delayed by the supplier this time , they let me know and gave me the option to have my money back. As soon as the order arrived, I got a phonecall to let me know it was in. It worked well for me.
I do prefer to pay for orders upfront though. I find the part-payment thing very confusing when I am trying to reconcile my accounts.
