From the time I walked into the shop, until I left, the staff were most helpful.
I was allowed to peruse at will and not "ambushed", as soon as I got in. When I asked about purchasing a new guitar, I was given many options, which were both informative and aided my eventual selection and purchase.
This is not the first time I have purchased items from the store at Monmouth. I and I would assume, keep coming back because the staff are first class, knowledgable and take time to help, without rushing.
