I originally bought Sibelius 7 from DS Music, located in Monmouth not far from me. I later upgraded to Sibelius 8, and just recently bought Sibelius Ultimate upgrade from DS Music. They sent me the trial version first, which was fine, and a day later sent me the activate/license code for the permanent upgrade. The code was fine, but I was unable to activate the license. The email from DS Music containing the download code included a Registration/Activation helpline tel number, so I called it and the telephone number was 'unavailable'. So then I tried calling DS Music direct by googling for their telephone number - I found 2 numbers online, both 'unavailable'. In the end I raised the problem via an online help chat with Avid, who were able to help me via a procedure involving trashing old licenses and other files from my harddrive and starting again. I'm disappointed that DS Music sent me a disabled help telephone number and that their online telephone numbers were also unavailable.
