On 8 November 2023 I bought Sibelius Ultimate music software from DS Music.
I chose your company rather than the maker, AVID, as I had heard bad reports of them from other users of the software.
I was right to do so!
The service I have received has been superb.
This has all been through LOUISE, who has answered all my queries (I have had continuing problems) with tremendous patience and expertise - even responding after office hours before Christmas.
I remain extremely grateful and recommend your company to others without reservation.
