I ordered on-line on a Saturday but through my own incompetence actually set a process in action that would have delivered two items. I only discovered this on the Sunday so speedily sent off explanatory e-mails - expecting no action until Monday. To my surprise and pleasure I received responses within a matter of minutes and the problem was resolved. I shall have no hesitation in using this firm again and recommend it strongly.
