Brilliant service. Phoned for assistance before purchasing from the website and despite key personnel missing that day phone calls to the missing people were made by the remaining staff and call backs made within minutes. Goods were despatched promptly and arrived safely. A subsequent order was dealt with using next day delivery without any extra charge. Not surprised to find the firm has been given a retailing accolade. Well deserved from my experience.
