Over all I found them excellent. Having had a bad experience with Dolphin music in which the product I had ordered had not been delivered two weeks after purchase, despite 2 phone calls. I was a little apprehensive when purchasing from DS Music however the product was in store as claimed and delivered 24 hours later. The product was and is excellent and having had cause to ring them about the product (The problem was my fault not the product or company!) I found their custom service excellent. I thoroughly recommend them.
