The worst company I have ever dealt with. My business was without internet for two months. They insisted that it was my fault for not being able to set up a new router. Eventually, they sent an engineer who confirmed that the issue was due to the line and not my fault. As compensation, they offered that I wouldn't have to pay £166 + VAT for the engineer's visit and that I wouldn't be charged £70 for a new router, which was supposed to be free when I signed the new contract, as I was told that I wouldn't have to pay for it.
So essentially, they offered me £11 in compensation for being without internet in my business for two months!!! Their emails are repetitive as if they are not taking into account what I am saying to them. A total failure in customer service.
