I’m not too impressed with Duales so far. They don’t tell you until the very end that you can only send a limited amount of money per week and when you try to contact them they are nowhere to be seen or heard. I used my computer to sign up but in order to contact them they tell you you need to download the app on your phone. It is very inconvenient when you’ve made an error on your transaction and you need it rectified.
