“I truly appreciate having the ability to help our friends in Cuba through this service. My one criticism is that the website gives the option to use a credit card, which is no longer an option, so you end up with an error message and a hung purchase. I called support, and it was explained to me that I had to use an e-transfer, which worked.”

“I have been using Duales for many years. New program is pretty but does not work. Old program confirmed what Visa card was being used, old prograsm showed payment error instead of acccepting payment then nothing happens.”
