“I've noticed recently that the fee quoted on the website for orders suffers from the fee quoted in the email. For example; I sent 300 usd for delivery in USD. The fee quoted instantly in the site was 20 usd. The email sent showed a.qoute.of.16 usd. I rarely check the email when making an order thus I pay what the site quoted me. My question which is the correct fee? I'm happy with the service. It's reliable, punctual, even at the worst of times in Cuba you guys deliver. There was a bit of a hickup about a month ago where a couple of orders were delayed until noted and corrected. Lately the service has been at its best. Thank you Duales team!”

“Duales has always been reliable, dependable and efficient in transfering funds in the quickest manner. Now they have added Paypal to its mode of transfer; which is an excelent step forward to it's seamless transfer. Surprisingly the fees are the same , you get the bang for the buck converting CAD to Cup. Keep it up Duales. Thanks,”

“I am quite pleased with Duales. The money I send to Cuba arrives there within 2-3 days. The money is delivered directly to the recipient at their home. When I have a problem, there is a technical person that resolves the issue. I will continue using Duales. Thank you Duales.”

“I sent money on a Friday, and it was received at our friend's home in a fairly remote small village on the following Monday. The option to use a credit card is still not available, but the pay pal option worked very well. 5 stars.”

“I have used Duales to send money to Cuba for at least past ten years. We have had our ups and downs due to the erratic fiscal policies caused by the Cuban government. No fault of Duales as they worked overtime keeping up with the changes and keeping their customers in the loop. My Canadian friends as well as us Americans appreciate Duales's help. I've found Duale's customer support to be first class. Always get a timely reponse whether via email or phone call. Duales has followed through when the unexpected happens, Cuban government's policies are crazy at times. Duales is in tune to what that government is up to. I find this comforting. As to fees, I found Duales to be very fair and in fact, lower than others. One service Duales has that I have yet to see with others is "Home Delivery USD cash". I suppose this costs a little more since Duales has people on the ground delivering USD cash to those you designate. This alone is service far above what others offer. My Cuban family loves getting cash. Often times, within two days. With cash, my family actually has real choices in the marketplace. The exchange rate to CUCs for my family using cash vs MLC is superior. Duales ROCKS ! Santiago”

“I have used Duales for many years. My recent use if their services was disapointing. The new regulations governing transferring money to Cuba were not explained, and the man in sales is extremely rude.”
