He usado duales para el envio de dinero a Cuba durante mucho tiempo pero de pronto no puedo hacer ningun envio porque cuando hago click para pagar sale una pagina de entidades bancarias canadienses con las que no tengo ninguna relacion. Supongo que es un error de la pagina web pero la falta de preocupacion de los responsables es desconcertante.

It took a week for my transfer to get to Cuba when usually it takes 2-3 days. All this because of Lot of confuson between duales and ducapp that should be clarifided

Since more than a month Card payment is not longer at option at the webpage. Download the App and after try to send money said: Finish to complete your profile then contact customer services. Customer care said the issue is a Card system maintenance but still not working. I do not think this is the real situation. Try to contact customer services not answer our emails. Is a shame the way they treat a customer that have been used their service for 7 years.

Nunca habia tenido una queja hasta ahora que mi beneficiario recibio una suma equivocada. Pienso que estos incidentes son responsabilidad del contacto en Cuba. Sin embargo la compania deberia tener mas control sobre el negocio. Por ejemplo, el beneficiario deberia recibir una factura de la entrega y la compania deberia notificar al remitente una vez concluido el servicio Todo parece indicar que estos protocolos los dejan en manos de los clientes y no me parece serio ni profesional.

I have always tried my best to help Cubans.How ever the current service charges and exchange rates means I will be sending less money to help the people who need it most. I will be exploring other options to help the people of Cuba.

A few days ago I sent a payment to my friend in Cuba. I wanted to send the money in US dollars. When I went back to the amount it had been converted to Pecos. What did I do wrong for this to happen?

Hi! First, l had some problems with the transfer, I had to do it two times to be able to complete the transaction. But the worst thing is the cost of the transfer. I don't understand why the price increases with the amount because, for you, a 100 $ transfer or a 400 $ transfer requires the same time and the same work. I think because you are the only one to be able to do those transfers, you take advantage of the situation and abuse us. For me, it is like stealing us. I paid more than 100 $ for a 400 $Transfer. Unacceptable.
