“For me the ONLY method of paying for the Money Trasfer is by a CREDIT CARD. It was impossible several times recently. Duales should correct the situation. People in Cuba are waiting for money now before Christmas.!!!”

“I've been a loyal Duales user for years, but the company has clearly declined; it's simply not the same service anymore. The most frustrating change is the collapse of customer support. Not only are emails consistently unanswered, but on the rare occasion you do get a reply, the staff is no longer cordial. To make matters worse, they've removed credit card payments, forcing users to inconveniently rely on money transfers. I am currently experiencing this lack of support firsthand: I initiated a transaction on October 24th and have been sending daily follow-up emails, but I have not received a single response, today is Nov. 4tH He sido un usuario fiel de Duales durante años, pero la empresa ha decaído claramente; simplemente ya no es el mismo servicio. El cambio más frustrante es el colapso del servicio de atención al cliente. Los correos electrónicos no solo quedan sistemáticamente sin respuesta, sino que en la rara ocasión en que se obtiene una, el personal ya no es cordial. Para colmo, han eliminado los pagos con tarjeta de crédito, obligando a los usuarios a depender incómodamente de las transferencias de dinero.”

“Unreliable costumer service, whether by phone or bu email. Duales is under the belief that they are doing a favor, instead of the contrary; duales should be happy to have new costumers and be ready to help with an app (DUCAPP) which does not work properly. I have decided to give up and look for other, friendly, ways of sending money”

“I placed the order at lunch time on Tuesday and I received a confirmation at 2:37pm. 24 hours later I was asked to review Duales. Today is it afternoon on SATURDAY and after 4 days they have NOT received the money. HUMMMMMMMMMM What kind of rating would you give Duales. My recipient has been waiting patiently by the phone waiting for the call and the money but nothing yet. I called the company on Saturday and the money was delivered on Sunday. Thank you.”
