Unreliable costumer service, whether by phone or bu email.
Duales is under the belief that they are doing a favor, instead of the contrary; duales should be happy to have new costumers and be ready to help with an app (DUCAPP) which does not work properly.
I have decided to give up and look for other, friendly, ways of sending money
