“Funds not delivered. Tried to contact Duales in both Canada and Florida, but they do not answer the phone, or reply to their customer service e-mail address.”

“Person I sent money to has not been able to retrieve it. Transaction history does not show it. Then tried home delivery and not enough information, none, on how and when delivery. Feels like blind crapshoot. Would be considered unacceptable in any other country but Cuba”

“I have used their services a few times, as the options to send money to Cuba are limited and suffering changes on a daily basis. I have to say that DUALES has sometimes delivered the money on time, however, the way they operate is similar to that in CUBA, they make changes last minute and you have to accept the changes, because by the time you realize the change it is too late. Last night I placed two orders Delivery Type: MLC Card USD Any Bank, I even chatted with the so called supervisor on line and he explained the type of cards. Well to make the story short when I checked the order status today it showed home delivery. They decided to change the delivery method without even advising about this, and for the person chatting this was ok. They just decided that it was like this and that is it. Take it or leave it. Same mentality as the Cuban Government you have to makedo with any change even if you do not like it. They did not even thought about the idea, that maybe we do not want anyone delivering anything person to person, because we do not want our family members to be exposed to COVID 19 by receiving unknown people. The card is our best option. They failed at everything, customer service, delivering their promises etc. It seems they are working for the Cuban Government instead forcing people to whatever they want. They could have contacted me and advised me that the card option was no longer available, and proposed the change instead of deciding by themselves. Now they are forcing my family members to go to a bank, line up to deposit the money once again exposing them to COVID 19 It is a pity a business like this one can operate in Canada with such poor practices, rude personnel, and lack of professionalism.”

“NOT SATISFIED. Very difficult to sign onto duales.com. Unable to follow the security measures to finish the sign up process. Tried the 1888 number more than half dozen times with no success. Went to find the office...NO LUCK THERE EITHER.”

“I went to place an order to load a Cuban bank card. I had the bank the card number and the recipient's name and city but there were so many other questions required I got frustrated and withdrew before completing the purchase”

“I just sent a e-mail for help and have not heard back. There is nobody to talk to, when I phone the numbers provided I get disconnected or get a code number not available, So my question and problem is not dealt with. I find it a hard site to work and no assistance. Perhaps you can confirm my last transaction made?”

“No one answers the phone. Chat is completely useless. Can't get answers . Other reviews online are saying they rob, and extremely bad service. Before trying this place, check online reviews! I tried chat, and phone. BAD!!!!! bad bad bad bad bad !!! POOR POOR POOR”

“Worst customer service ever, phone numbers are symbolic only, they do not answer calls, chat service not really a support contact. very slow service. To get an answer you will need to repeat the same question several times . Their processing time is very slow, regardless the payment method used,”
