“dear duales support team i make money sending to Cuba ; and the and the person who receives the funds notify me that there would be a period of 5 days to receive them your service is really shameful and awful, i want to place a bad experience comment with you and i will never use your rotten service again”

“I sent money to Cuba. In 24 hours it is not there. I called to find out and had to leave a message. No one has called in more than an hour.”

“I'm unhappy with the experience. I tried to send money to my mother-in-law in Cuba, who desperately needs to purchase food items from an MLC store for her elderly father. I selected "MLA USD Card" under the form of delivery, inputted my mother-in-law's debit card number, and within 24 hours (with seems like a great turnaround), someone called her Cuban number to inform her that he would be delivering CUC to her house the next day. This is not what I selected. I don't understand why this website would even ask for her debit card number if they were just planning on delivering CUC to her house. Unless Duales can rectify the situation, we won't be using the service again.”

“Esta es otra agencia que ayuda al sistema cubano en sus robos con el cambio del dinero, uno paga en USD para que sus familiares y amigos reciban USD y no CUC, esta bien en parte que le den CUP pero uno envia USD no CUP ni CUC. Asi que elimino mi cuenta. Abajo el Comunismo. This is another agency that helps the Cuban system in its robberies with the exchange of money, one pays in USD so that their family and friends receive USD and not CUC, it is okay in part that they give them CUP but one sends USD not CUP or CUC. So I delete my account. Down with Communism.”

“I have been trying to call this company and left many messages.! What kind of company? Fly by night operation? They have a great web side, well detailed, just to suck you in... My advise for now stay away... I hope that I am wrong...If they call me back I might change my mind.”

“I've buen trying ti send money to Cuba but it's awfully hard, try to fill every step, there is not even a tutorial video, and it give error once and again. I'm disappointed. The buttons un the picture I add, doesn't work. And what's the meanning of bill adress?”

“Not easy to use. Debit said my card was not accessible so I exited, then I get an email saying I “may still owe the money.” Would recommend using a different platform to send money.”

“After filling everything out the transaction wouldn't go through to the next page the only thing that I could see was off it just had a message saying that possibly the number of the card wasn't good so that it would be home delivery I was totally up with that but it wouldn't go to the next page”
