“Really bad ,problems with the app I had to unistale because it said error to autoverify all the time .I'm not be able to use because it have been ask for a code that I don't even have it . This service should be improved for better not for bad is not free . Is impossible talk to some one by phone nighmare”

“Acces denied, while username & password seem correct. Impossible to change them. No answer by chat nor telephone. All Blocked ! Too complicated to open a new account. I lost more than 8 hours !! Very deceived.”

“Buenas tardes una pregunta ahora q se envían solo moneda nacional a cuba a pesar que se paga en mlc y mi familia donde van a comprar los dólares para comprar la comida que se les vende mlc solamente o ustedes están alejados de esa realidad. Cierren el envío a cuba hasta que no le den una solución a este problema gracia por su trabajo”

“About an hour after I placed the review somebody by the name of Enrique Martinez who is the president of this company called me started threatening me and swearing at me using the f word and telling me that he will send someone to my house to beat me up. This is the type of company this is. Instead of trying to resolve the problem with me, they call you at home and threaten you. They rip you off, steal your money and then when you called him out on it, they swear at you and threaten you with death.”

“This company along with the the child company, DUC, are a fraudulent company. when sending a phone recharge the keep the bonus for themselves and re-sell it. They are Spanish pirates that that have no regret stealing your money. Their transaction fees and exchange rates are so high they border on criminal. If you use this company and they steal your money, you will have nobody to blame but yourself, because you have been told. They con their customers by charging $1 or $2 less for the top-up but then they steal the bonus for themselves. Without prejudice.”

“It doesn't work for me - verification of neither of my visa credit cards didn't go further. Also, the program didn't accept the numbers of the cards on the Cuban side, though I know they a valid cards and numbers .”

“I’m very disappointed with the changes to Duales. I used to send money to Cuba no issues. Now to send in US funds i have to provide so much of my personal information that I will no longer use Duales. I used to send often the other way and was happy with your service but not anymore.”

“Terible experience. I dont recommende it! They use the fact that we cuban are deseperated to help their families! dont accept our opinions or our constructive criticism because they are to sensitive.(Notprofesional at all). Not all of us can use the app, now we are paying the price for that(terrible) I prefer not to think that this is just a tactic to male people to download the app, that would be very cruel! bye!”
