“Tried several times to register and I kept being told that there was an error. Called your 1 -888 number and couldn't get through..... 3 times is way too much when I needed to send money. So I went with SendValue.....”

“I try to make the confirmation of my account and it doesn't work. The link that I received by email doesn't work... I try to call but it doesn't work. I send an email and the person said me that my problem is my email ! I don't have problems with my e-mail. So my account don't work so I'm not happy about your service.”

“Sent money it has not arrived in Cuba about a week now. Phoned Lemargo they don't answer the phone or get back to you. Emailed them with reference number still nothing yet. Quick service isn't a strong suit no idea what's going on.”

“Poor technical support..Nobody answering as we called..Even the voice messages are being ignored.Your system says there is live support.But no support at all..Valid credits are being declined as we attempt to send money..I left so many messages but nobody seems to respond..Needs complete overhaul in the system.”

“He tratado que me digan cómo obtener el código que dice que da el robotic system, o código de envío como me dijeron en el último correo y no he tenido respuesta sobre eso para terminar de mandar el dinero a Cuba. NO HE PODIDO HACER LA TRANSACCIÓN”

“Désolé, je n'utiliserez pas vos services. Vous demandez beaucoup trop d'informations personnelles. Je ne demande pas du crédit, je voulais vous payer pour envoyer cette argent dans un autre pays.... pas emprunter. Même ma banque où j'ai une marge de crédit ne m'a jamais demandé toutes ces informations. Vous êtes très dangereux pour se faire voler notre identité.”

“It’s been 5 days since I sent the money and it has not yet been received. This is my second time sending through here first time only took one day. I’ve tried contacting twice now with no response and my boyfriends family has absolutely nothing right now. Really not happy. Customer service seems non existent.”

“Very difficult to login on the app. My balance shows 0 when there should be funds available. Not impressed at all. Trying to top up a phone and getting nowhere so used Ding as usual and it’s simple and fast , may cost more but don’t care.”
