They did not help me at all. I tried to Register to send money to my husband in Cuba, but was never able to submit the application.Because since I was a new client, I was to Register as New & the application did not allowed me to Register as New. They wanted me to write my user name & password which I had ever before created. I then sent duales an email requesting help & they responded me to Click on a Link that did not work, emailed them again & they never responded. I called the 1-888-888-8908 and a machine kept telling me that extension 151 was busy. Called again & now the machine said that extension 153 was busy. I had never even dial any extension! Playing games & more games with me.
